Plymouth, CA · Regenerative farm · Raised and made by hand
Come hang out.
The alpacas have been expecting you.
Healthy soil. Healthy animals. Healthy people.
Regenerative farming
We keep the soil covered and full of living roots, let the animals graze and fertilize the pasture, and feed our beds with compost and worm castings. Healthy soil grows everything else.
No synthetic chemicals.
No synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides on our pasture, beds or hives. Not certified organic; just how we farm.
The animals come first
Every animal here is loved like family, and their quality of life comes first: nourishing food, the company of the friends they choose, and plenty of time for games.
Everyone's welcome
Every kind of family and friend group, from toddlers to grandparents. Whoever you are and wherever you're from, there's a rabbit to pet and an alpaca to walk with you.
Come to the farm
We're a few minutes from the Shenandoah Valley vineyards and about an hour from Sacramento. A visit here is unhurried, hands-on and occasionally sniffed by a curious alpaca. Spend the morning with the animals and the afternoon tasting teas and honey, or add us to the wine country itinerary you've already planned. The alpacas promise not to judge your wine choices.
The farm comes to you
Alpacas for weddings and parties, a mobile petting zoo for birthdays, schools and community days, and alpacas for your photo shoot (they've been practicing their good side). We bring the farm to you anywhere across the Sacramento area and Sierra foothills.
Take the farm home
Made by hand, in small batches, from animals with names.
Raw honey from bees who did all the heavy lifting, teas blended in small batches, pasture-raised eggs and one-of-a-kind hand-spun yarn. Basically, the farm in a tote bag.
Raise your own
Thinking about animals of your own, or just one to call yours from afar? Buy from our breeding program, adopt one of ours, board yours with us, or learn the ropes with a mentor. Fair warning: alpacas are herd animals, so nobody gets just one.
